Learn how teachers run live classes, labs, quizzes, and Co-Pilots in one place.
ExploreCreate a live classroom, get a pin, and bring every student into the same session in under a minute.
Open the Teacher Dashboard and use New class. Name the session, then share the pin. Students join from the room link with that same code and a nickname.
Bottom toolbar → New class. Enter a clear name (e.g. Grade 10 Science).
You’ll see a pin like NH-XXXX-XXXX. Status chips show when WebSocket is live.
They open room.html (or your student link), enter the pin + nickname, and appear on your live grid.
Teacher rule: Keep the teacher tab open — the grid, reports, and labs stay in sync while the class is live.
Push biology, chemistry, physics, or aerospace labs to the whole class in one tap — search, open, and students follow live.
Toolbar → Labs. Use the search bar (photosynthesis, atoms, mitosis, rocket…), pick a card, and the lab fills your view and every joined student. Quiz labs auto-send marks to Reports.
Filter by topic. Science quiz labs and aerospace sims sit in the same grid.
One click pushes the lab URL to every student over WebSocket. They leave the lobby and enter the lab.
Close lab returns students to lobby. Global freeze and friction vector apply to physics sims.
Teacher rule: Host lab HTML next to the dashboard (or use full URLs) so relative paths resolve for every student.
Build a question, mark the correct option, and freeze student labs until they answer — results land in Reports.
Toolbar → Quiz. Type the question (math with $x$ works). Tick the correct circle, set timer and freeze options, then Send to class.
Four options max. Tap the circle beside the right answer before you send.
Optional: lock labs until submit, resume only if correct, show steps, adaptive wording.
Students see the overlay live. Close quiz when the round is done so labs unlock.
Teacher rule: Always review AI-drafted quizzes before Send — you stay in control of the answer key.
Split the class into Alpha, Beta, Gamma, or Delta and broadcast to one team or everyone.
Toolbar → Teams. Split into 2 or 4 teams at random. Team tags appear on student tiles. Send a team-only announcement when you need a channel.
Assignments shuffle anonymously so groups stay fair.
Team cards show combined points and member lists.
Target one team or all students with a short broadcast.
Teacher rule: Clear teams anytime — students keep their scores; only group tags reset.
Promote trusted students to help classmates — peer chat, guided AI, and escalations back to you.
On a student tile, tap the green shield — or use Promote top 5 Co-Pilots from Teams. Co-Pilots get Help chat and Glamber AI hints; they do not replace the teacher.
Shield icon on each tile toggles Co-Pilot. Purple outline marks the role.
Pick a classmate in Help, send a short hint. You get a note that help was sent.
Tap the shield again to revoke. Role updates live for that student.
Teacher rule: Co-Pilots coach with hints — full answers stay with you and formal quizzes.
Keep attention on the class: focus warnings, pause the room, and freeze physics sims when you need a hard stop.
Focus flags students who leave the tab. Pause holds the class experience. Freeze locks simulation engines. Students can Report focus or stuck issues to you.
Lost-focus tiles highlight. Bell and snack alerts name the student.
Students see a pause overlay until you Resume.
From Labs or the Freeze button — physics engines lock at the same moment.
Teacher rule: Use Focus for attention checks; use Freeze only when the lab must stop moving.
Guide a student’s controls with Ghost Hand, ask them to share their screen, or present your own display to the class.
Purple hand on a tile opens Ghost Hand (thrust, altitude, velocity, soft freeze). Orange share icon requests their window. From Labs, Present teacher screen pushes your display to everyone.
Pick control + value. Student must accept before it applies in their lab.
Student confirms, then their window streams to your tile without blinky rebuilds.
Share a window or tab so the whole class sees the same demo.
Teacher rule: Ghost Hand is guidance, not takeover — always wait for the student to accept.
Every quiz answer, lab mark, and peer report lands here — private chat stays between you and one student.
Toolbar → Reports for class quizzes and lab quiz scores. Chat opens a private thread (optional identity masking). Bell lists joins, focus warnings, and reports.
Correct / wrong, lab id, final score, and peer-report lines in one list.
From a tile chat icon or Chat toolbar — text, image, or short voice.
Clear reports after you export or review — does not end the class.
Teacher rule: End class only when the session is finished — it wipes the room for everyone.
Classroom AI for teachers — draft quizzes, clarify concepts, and apply a structured question straight into the Quiz builder.
Purple fab → Glamber AI. Ask for a quiz in the fixed format; use Apply to Class Quiz, then review and Send. Math uses $inline$ / $$display$$.
e.g. “Quiz on mitosis, 4 options, one correct” or a concept explanation for you.
Loads question + options into the Quiz panel. Edit before Send.
Mic on the AI panel turns speech into a prompt when the browser supports it.
Teacher rule: AI drafts; you approve. Never send an unreviewed answer key to the class.
